BIO
Damir is a founder of N3 Capital Partners and the founder and first president of the CFA Society Croatia. His entire career is devoted to investing. In 2006 he started as junior financial analyst at Erste Securities where he swiftly moved up to the head of the portfolio management department. In 2010 he joined Erste d.o.o, a mandatory pension fund management company where he was in charge of fund asset management. In 2013 he decided to set up his own investment firm N3 Capital Partners which transformed to alternative investment fund manager in 2022.

Karlo joined N3 Capital Partners immediately after finishing college as junior financial analyst and very soon became Head of Research. Currently he serves as the Member of the Management Board in charge of screening and analysis of potential investments, and compliance and risk management activities.
